If I remember correctly those are the card designes/colors you can equipo to your "ninja card". you know the card that represents your online profile in the game, showing your record, an image and such. You should be capable to customize it on the Online Battle menu.

I don't think so, since I've looked in the "General Bandai Store" after if it was unlocked so I could buy it(It wasn't) - And I've looked through Info Card Picture, and the other one - Can't remember the name of the tab - I don't know, couldn't find anything about it on the web either.

Well wich number are you looking for, and just picture or borders. Because some have specific ways to be adquired if I remember correctly, not just through the store.

For example, for the skins:

I belive some of the last skins are adquried by purchasing the Boruto expansion.

So I have the RTB DLC, but I have some screenshot of them, if it is.
Some of the numbers : 770, 150, 626, 609, 827, 608, 590, 335, 309, 595, 50, 784, 310, 935, 502.
