I haven't made an updated version of the AIO pack, just haven't been playing the game.
I suddenly have a renewed interest in the game due to the Storm 5 leaks so I might update it again, I dunno.
I don't know much about this channel, but he seems to be doing the outdated method that I used back in like Revolution modding by unlocking a character with no ID.
Here's the version of my Solo Vs Teams I made for my AIO pack.

Extract the .zip, then place the data folder into your game folder. (where the .exe is located) It should replace a single file called "charsel.gfx". I tweaked it so if you press Select (Share on a PS controller), it bypasses the supports and only selects who you're hovered over.

The moment where I apply the EXE changes from your mod, it's where the story segment of the boss fight breaks, of particular is Momoshiki boss fight in RtB DLC. Can't forget that, because I have recorded the moment where the boss fight starts to break.
Yet I still like the idea of 1v3 fights or Support Unlocker, but so far certain mod packs like yours has it.
Well, time to get me back into the UNS4 game again (if there's a chance). You rock, legend.
Should apply any modpacks after you beat story mode since you'll have almost no reason to come back to it later and there's a huge chance that it'll break the story depending on how the modder decides to make it. Especially likely to cause issues if it doesn't tell you to install Zealots API first.
Before the infinite character slot stuff was found out (via editing the .exe), most moveset mods would replace a Story character since someone had to be replaced.
In my pack, it should be replacing tons of Story only maps that weren't good to play on to load custom imported stages designed for normal matches in mind. I imagine that would cause a lot of issues. There's a tool we could use to expand the StageInfo file and add to it, but this tool doesn't make things 1:1 to the vanilla files upon saving, causing any legit stage to not work online unless both players have the mod.
If not using the API, we can't add message IDs so we need to yoink IDs from Story Mode and repurpose them, or leave them blank. The stage selection on my pack changes several story mode location names then those IDs are used in the stage selection instead. (Example: Snowfield -> Purgatory)
Then lastly there's the .exe tweaks to prevent those characters from completely breaking in a real match, with no regard to how it affects the actual Story Mode because of the issues mentioned before. If you're only stumped on the Momoshiki boss, you could just use the original .exe as all it does is change them to be normalish characters (prevents them from jumping across the map and softlocking both players), the only other .exe change is to unlock all the Team Ougis - which can be reapplied after the fight is over if you want.
Most of these issues are pretty much fixed with the API (if adding new characters fully works on current patch) and I'm pretty sure for any pack where you'd need both players to have it, it wouldn't cause any issues for story mode if the mod developers set it up right.
Whenever I decide to update my AIO, it will not be using the API however as some character IDs will crash with it and there's no guarantee that Zealot will fix it. The API seems best for packs where you're going to fully add new costumes and characters that weren't already in the game files.
If you just want to use the support unlocker script here, it's part of the .swf (gfx) portion of the character select, a file usually not touched by any modpacks. Giving you a new button input, bypassing the double assist limitation, and doesn't edit the actual roster files for adding new characters. The only thing this can by incompatible with is if you wanted to add more pages to the character selection or if someone manages to like.. completely overhaul the character selection.
Anyway, does Zealot's API only works on game version older than the current version we have now, which is before the RtB NG DLC came out?
Also, I have some programming skills and know how to modify stuffs in Hex Editor provided that I mod the right location of the hex address; how can I practically add the Support Unlocker on any mod, especially on, for example, a clean "charsel.gfx"?
Most of it seemed to work in the brief time I used it.
Messages, CPK loading, and I assume the character expansion since the bytes look correct in the exe. Though it would end up crashing for me when I used certain story only characters so I uninstalled it. If solely adding new characters instead of preexisting ones to the roster, it may have worked but I haven't actually tried it yet as adding new characters is the opposite of what my modpack is meant to do.
I don't remember the specifics on how I created this. I made it over 5 years ago. lol
You'd have to open both this and the original and compare them if you want that answer.
You can open and modify it with JPEXS, however you almost will never need to edit this as the only incompatibility is if a modder adds more pages, which you can do very easily. Use this tutorial if you need help with that https://youtu.be/WCOYfEXt-Fk
