I think the mod is Boruto Storm.

I guess the new update this year broke some mods (especially something that related to EXE changes). Devs are really 3 years too late to release new set of characters. Folks might have thought that mods released on YouTube are final or something like that, so expect no updates. We'll never know.

We'll just have to wait it out until mods are updated to support current game version as of today.
