Depends on which 'Minato'.
Edo Minato, I can totally agree with, Alive Minatos, nope.
Unless they're only using him to run away, then that's just bloody annoying.
But alive minato is pretty cool to play with; very fast pretty mobile his kunai is god like ! Good character to style or run !
Do not tell other peoples what they shouldn't play, play whatever you wish, want.
Scenario 2. They can cancel it into fast grab.
Scenario 2: You can dodge right out of block.
Ffs you guys suck at the game if you're having trouble against Minato. Regular Minato is Mid-Tier at best. While Edo is strong, he's not nearly as strong as the high level characters like Storm 2 Naruto, Mecha Naruto, or the RTB DLC characters.
Try playing NSUNSG against Minato + Kurotsuchi(Atk)/Shikamaru(Bal). You get slowed down to a snail pace, and then they do speed up and start using Shikamaru's cover fire. If you can't beat that strategy, you might as well stop complaining about "overpowered" or "broken" characters.
