Look at your friend's specs and ask yourself why it only lags when he plays with you. He's well below the game's minimum requirements. The reason you're lagging with him is because he's lagging in general.
This isn't a problem with NSUNS4, it's a problem with your friend's PC. All fighting games lag when one person does, that's just how they work.
Ask your friend to plug a GPU into his PC. Integrated Graphics aren't a real GPU, they just pull power from the CPU. If he has a desktop, this should be as simple as opening his PC, plugging it in, and closing his PC. Anything with 1GB GDDR5 VRAM will suffice. If you need help finding parts for him, feel free to ask.
