Frame lag in Online Battle against friend

Just bought this game today on PC (had it on PS4 for a while) because I wanted to experience it in glorious 60FPS.

Story Mode worked fine, and was AMAZING. Ten times better compared to my laggy experience with PS4.

However, I ran into some problems when me and my friend tried to battle against each other:

1) With 60FPS enabled on both sides, the battle played out in slow motion. Frames were fine, but everything happened reeeeeeeeeally slowly.

We heard this is a common issue with 60FPS so we tried 30FPS. For 60FPS we also tried disabling both MSAA and VSYNC but that did nothing.

2) With 30FPS, it was even worse. At least on 60FPS the gameplay was still smooth in a way (even if in slow motion). On 30FPS it was practically a slideshow. The weird thing is that my friend said it "worked" and was "better than 60fps", but that was not the case from my angle.

The strangest thing is that this is only when battling against my friend. The issue did not persist when I searched for a battle against a random opponent. It played out in beautiful, smooth 60FPS.

My specs:
• OS: Windows 7 64-bit
• RAM: 16GB
• GPU: GeForce GTX 950 2GB
• CPU: i5 6600K @ 3.50GHz

His specs:
• OS: Windows 8 64-bit
• RAM: 8GB
• GPU: CPU Integrated Graphics (Radeon HD 8570D GPU)
• CPU: AMD A8-6600K APU

Also I don't know if it changes anything but I'm using a controller and he's playing with keyboard.

The game is badly optimized and this not related to your pc so even if you have high settings gaming pc the game will still run the same , still the game run very smoothly in PS4 online mode

Don't listen to Senpai, he's being stupid and not providing a solution to your problem.

Look at your friend's specs and ask yourself why it only lags when he plays with you. He's well below the game's minimum requirements. The reason you're lagging with him is because he's lagging in general.

This isn't a problem with NSUNS4, it's a problem with your friend's PC. All fighting games lag when one person does, that's just how they work.

Ask your friend to plug a GPU into his PC. Integrated Graphics aren't a real GPU, they just pull power from the CPU. If he has a desktop, this should be as simple as opening his PC, plugging it in, and closing his PC. Anything with 1GB GDDR5 VRAM will suffice.
