I can not start nsuns 4
I have nsuns 4 after a long time again installed, but when I start it tells me that an error occurred during the execution and therefore it is not to start or play. How can I fix this?

What's your computer specification? If it's above minimum requirements you might be missing some prerequesities such as .NET Framework, DirectX, or Visual C++.

That could be. How can I install or regenerate them? My computer knowlegde is not very good xD

PS.: My computer can run Destiny 2, so it should have the right requirements and a time ago the game had worked on my pc, but now it doesn´t anymore.

Microsoft .NET Framework: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4054530/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-offline-installer-for-windows (take this if you are running Windows 10)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2017: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ (scroll down until you find "Other Tools and Frameworks" and choose Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017)

Microsoft DirectX: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

If you want to check your computer specification, the simplest way is type "dxdiag" after clicking the Windows button on the bottom left of the screen (if you are running Windows 10) and click on what it appeared on the top.

P.S.: It's really hard to know if your PC can run this game because I have insufficient information, no pictures, or whatsoever, hence I read one of your posted discussions here and I say you're German.

Looks like i5 is enough, even for me. And you have a 16 GB RAM too. Your graphics card?

GTX 1060. But my pc shouldn´t be the problem, because the game worked already on this pc. I have played it months ago without any problems, but now where i want to continue there is this problem.

Hmm... that's strange...

Your computer spec looks promising, and somehow you got this error.

What kind of error you receive? There should be like "exception occured at memory address xxxx" or something like that.

BTW, other than this game and Destiny 2, does other games you have crashing like this?

No, it´s just this game. All other games do not have this problem. When I start it this text/ information comes: Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 does not work anymore
The program will not run properly due to a problem. The program will close and you will be notified when a solution is available.

Just like that? Hmm... Giving your limited computer knowledge you might need to uninstall and then reinstall the game. Otherwise I'd go for the Event Viewer. That lists A LOT of event errors, warnings, and criticals, including the one you just having, and gives you exact details about what kind of error, warning, or critical a program has.

I can show you how, but it'd be a lot easier if I can come over to your house, but uh... that's not gonna happen in this case. I live in Indonesia, that's for sure.

I have allready uninstall and reinstall the game, but this also doesn´t work. With event viewer can you explain me how to find the naruto data to see where the problem is?

You know how to run it? Yes? Click on Custom View, then Administrative Events. Find the one that has the "Application Error" on the "Source" column and look for a one that says "Faulting application path: «yourSteamGamesDirectory»\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 4\NSUNS4.exe" (when you click it, all detailed information will be displayed below the list, read the one that has "Faulting application path" line.

If no, and your keyboard does have a Windows key, hold down that button while pressing R, type "eventvwr" and press Enter.

I'll try to solve your problem with the best of my ability.
