Can't Get Past End User License Agreement

When I load up the game, everything loads up just fine. I continue to move through the screens until I get to the EULA. When there, I'm incapable of scrolling down to view it, accept it, back out of it, or anything of the sort. Have tried rebooting the game, launching in windowed/full screen, etc. but nothing seems to work. The game just seems to stop recognizing any input from either my controller or my keyboard once I get to the EULA. Anyone know of a possible fix?

just scroll down till the end until you'll have the possibiliity to ACCEPT.

I had previously stated that I was incapable of scrolling down. Sometimes the answer to problems isn't as simple as it seems.

That said, apparently having a second controller plugged in can cause problems. Realized an extra controller I had plugged in was keeping from both my keyboard and first controller from being able to do anything when getting to the EULA.

How do you fix it? I am having the same problem i am unable to accept the EULA i can scroll down on keyboard but cannot accpet it.

help me please? after accepting, I can't cancel receiving the gift, I press the b (close) button on the gamepad, but it doesn't help, I use the pirated version

Receiving the gift? What?

UNS4 doesn't have a gift system to begin with, unless you're talking about this game has been gifted from someone else (or maybe you're talking about character unlocks after entering the Main Menu for the first time?).
