no..you would be missing the 3 DLCs...you need to buy everything, to have everything. Season Pass is ONLY the 3 DLCs, not including the expansion.

The DLC add a little side adventure content and 4 characters.
Boruto adds some extras, 2 Borutos, 2 Saradas, Mitsuki, Hokage Naruto, Wander Sasuke, Kakashi Hokage's skin. And some ninja cards skins.

Season Pass does not include Boruto, and Boruto does not include anything besides Boruto.

if u want to get all, buy Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 : Road to Boruto Expansion Bundle.
after u buy it, u dont need season pass. season pass only give u 3 DLC, u dont get road to boruto.
