Yes, you can, but it won't work. You will need to install a Xbox 360 wrapper to emulate the control. Basically, go find a program called DS4Windows and run it. It will take the input from your DS4 controller and "translate" it to that of a 360 controller. So, it will be like you're using a 360 controller instead of a PS4 controller. Optionally, you can go buy yourself a 360 controller. I think Xbox One controller works just as well... IDK. For some stupid reason, they weren't able to get DS4 compatible with this game on PC; even though other games obviously can, this one doesn't.

You need to connect your controller and then enable PS4 controller support in Big Picture mode, turn on the game and it will work flawlessly.

yep i saw that in youtube all i had to do is connect the controller to the pc and enable the ps4 thing in big picture
