Unlock all characters, don't need to buy DLC.

Maybe you don't know but this game can use file unlock.
Example: All characters of all DLC : mecha-naruto, the sound four, boruto (Scientific ninja tool), boruto (RTB), sadara (RTB), mitsuki (RTB), naruto (RTB), sasuke (RTB), costume naruto and sasuke (The Last), costume gaara (RTB), costume sakura (RTB). Besides, unlock 3 stage of DLC RTB.
P/S: just unlock all stage and character, not unlock Ultimate jutsu team of character. but if you don't wanna buy DLC, you can use this file

I need to unlock all costumes, got 1 dlc, anyone know how to get all costumes? GameShop is empty already. Or I need to get all DLCs to get all costumes in game?

i'm confused

he talking about hacing the game and crack in the games files to steam to get the dlc cahrs but they will be verry broken and unabel to do team ults and coudl effect yoru game in some way dont do it

This is a mod file unlock, not hack. It just unlock ingame. Sure, you can't unlock ultimate jutsu team of character when use this file.
