How to play as Mangetsu?
is there a way to play as Mangetsu Hōzuki?

I have ultimate storm 4 for Xbox One, and would like to know how to play as Mangetsu Hōzuki pls :)

You'd have to use mods.
He's not playable in any storm game normally.

is there a mod for him for the xbox one version of ultimate ninja storm 4?

Nope, that would require model swapping and someone coding a moveset from him and preferrably using his boss moves from Storm 3.

The most PS4/Xbox One modding has gotten is save editing to unlock on-disk unplayable characters like Momoshiki via Presets.
