Sound issues

Certain VO and sfx have this weird hissing/crackling sound to them that I can't seem to get rid of no matter how much I fiddle with the settings. The ones that it happens most often with are the SFX for confirming/cancelling things in menus and the SFX that plays when you hit/get hit. Anyone have this issue before?

I have no sound at all. Just plugged in my PS4 controller and downloaded that software to trick the game into thinking its a 360 controller.

I know its not my PC or headset because other sounds work fine. When I turn the volume up on the side of my headset I can hear the little beep noise.

Also tried some youtube.

Hopefully more people see it.

Set the default format under speakers properties to 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)
