Frames drop

Hey guys just bought this for PC.. I have i5 2500 @4.5ghz, 12gb ram, 780 ti, wireless ps4 controller.. the game runs beautifully then drops to about 20fps and it does this for my friend to when he plays me online but only when he faces me? When I alt tab it seems to fix the problem. I have a pci wireless access card, super fast internet, what gives ?

All my MSAA is off and fxaa.. I just tried 30fps it works against computers but against people online I still drop to 20ish fps.. it affects my friend too however he does get a frame drop but the game slows down for him as if his frames were dropping.. the weird thing is too when its doing it If I press Esc it goes right back to locked 30 then does it again a little after?

Found my own fix.. which weirdly enough I knew it had something to due with the keyboard or mouse being idle.. Download this http://mousejiggler.codeplex.com/downloads/get/830976, check both the boxes when you run the program.. worked like a charm.
