Seriously, how can they have the model, the movesets and the animations, and NOT include him as playable character? XD. Not that I care about Konohamaru, but I find this so absurd.

just wait for the modders to do their magic its possible play him online if one of the modders will make a unused character unlocker like this one:

I've hope their licension for naruto will expire and some better studios will catch a chance,just maybe not creators of xenoverse and one piece cause technically they are 1000 years behind storm series
