Anyone have any tips for fighting with a red bar?

Do any move you'd do, a second early. Thats pretty much it. If you're chakra dashing, train your mind to hit the button a second or half a second before you normally do, so that your character does the dash relatively close to the intended time. Only way I know

Most people Dash and Mash when there's input delay, so keep that in mind.

well sometimes there's nothing but red bars, and then the choice is either to deal with it, or to not play at all.

Or the connection drops mid-way through the match, or after character select.
