Tier List?

So im a huge fan of Smash 4, And tier list are pretty much everything, Oh you suck at the game ? "Git gud, or play a top tier" I dont think NNS4 Is quite the same, but i was just wondering if there WAS a tier list for this game, Or if all the characters are pretty much the same.

utakata is very strong if you play it well, but most of the time on FT5 is the same character who is ban LUL LUL rip neji s3 kakashi etc.. !

I am sure is possible to make a road to hero with full puppet. is maybe possible is you play a lot but that will be very very hard. ok ok i know pupet alone sucks but with good support puppet are god like. If you are good you can play with any charcter and win but for exemple i can not play with weak character when i play FT5 !

There is no tier list agreed upon by top players because there are no top players because there is barely an offline competitive scene.
If you want to pick a strong character, I highly recommend Nagato or Pain, as they are highly versatile characters that are considered very strong by just about everyone.

yeah pts neji is realy good, sakura too kiba also shino also etc... those character have realy good stuff like jail combo infinite ""nice"" jutsu.

Itachi is realy good because :

Good jutsu, good tilt, 3 infinite combo you can cancel into jutsu utimate etc.... in the aire itachi is have a good tracking an the most broken think of itachi is his damage lol.

3 first hit max to much damage; good guard pressure ( attack jump attack in loop) can be counter but most of the time this ♥♥♥♥ easy your guard for nothing :p , but his grab is kinda meh no very fast for me but can be use smartly.

itachi have 3 utimate, one utimate have like 2 hit, the second one is 360 sphere (for me is the best) and the last one the susano arms not bad pretty fast and have long range.

This is my point of views about itachi :p

EDIT: bare in mind the rules of the tier list, it only accounts for how well a character does on thier on and not how they do in a team, Choji for instance is in the lowest rank but is a very strong support character online having dashcut and good support jutsu, which the other dashcuts don't.

Don't listen to anyone here. All of the tier lists and "strong characters" are solely opinion and not backed up by any evidence such as matchups, frame data, etc. that other fighting games are backed up by.

Also, REALLY? Linking to GAMEFAQS as a "reliable source" for a tier list? Don't people know what fact checking is nowadays?

Until anyone forms a list of every matchup or a complete database of framedata, you shouldn't believe any "tier list" because they're all made by one guy who played for like 10 hours and wanted to justify his unnecessary hatred for a specific few characters.
