Double click directions both on gamepad and keyboard

When i use arrows on keyboard or stick and d-pad on gemepad game thinks that i pressed twice so i can't really do smth with that. In menu, in config of controls and so on.

I find out the reason: i switched back to 30FPS and now everything works fine

Weird, I don't have that issue on 60fps.

i'm also thinking that it's weird but still i tried to switch between 30 and 60 fps and i saw the same thing
