how do i delete my save so i can start over ?

Everytime i delete save file it's like the game the game replaces it with a new file of the same data.

Haha actually i havent been idling, i just want to start over so i dont miss any of the story, What i did was delete the game folder and the directory the file was connected too.

You don't need to start over to see the story again. You can view it in its entirety through the story selection screen.

What "didn't work" about what I said? You literally start up Story Mode and you're taken to a story select. You can choose to then view any cutscene and play any battle in the story mode.

The game uses cloud saves so it is re-downloading the save (as it should, otherwise it would not prevent you from losing your save), try what The Courier suggested and if that doesn't work simply disable cloud saving for this game then delete the files and boot the game. To disable cloud saves right click on the game in your library, then click on Properties, and it should be at the bottom of the Updates tab. You should also work on your manners while you are at it.
