60 fps slow-mo

Does anyone else have the issue where turning on 60fps makes the game act like everything is in slow motion? The menus are fine, but once I go into a fight or story mode or whatever, it's like everything runs at half speed. Anybody know of a fix?

guys my pc is just great and good but its naruto's game problem when i put 60 frames everything is fin except it does so much slow motion
and my pc runs everything just fine even arc

I mean, can you guys at least post your specs? You need more GPU power to run it at 60fps than 30fps (It has to render twice as fast...)

If you're having slow down try turning msaa to x2 and fxaa on 60 fps or higher should be fine. The slow down is being caused by MSAA and Just putting it on higher levels just for some reason messing with the game being slowmotion regardless to being at 60fps or higher.

The bug could be hardware configuration specific or maybe a conflict with another file. But I know for sure its not my hardware that can't handle the game. But i fixed it for me so yeah

This seems to be an engine problem. I played this game a few years ago with an older, much worse GPU, in 60 FPS with no problems.

Coming back to it with a new GPU, the game lags a lot when playing at 60 FPS and i have to tune it down to 30.

Turn on the FPS viewer on Steam and you'll see it's not running 60fps. If it is running 60fps and you see "slow mo" then that's just something with you seeing anything 60fps as "slower than 30fps".

No, it's a problem where the game literally gets in slow-mo when in 60fps, it's not low fps or stuterring.
