I know its not exactly what it would look like because it was a post processing affect made in a program like sony vegas, I'm just saying its a rough estimate what it COULD look like. And I never said Storm 1 has better graphics than Storm 4 haha, Storm 4 definitely overall looks better, I just want them to bring back the motion blur from Storm 1.
I agree motion blur is usually garbage because its implemented in games like first person shooters and such where twitch reactions and frame counting take a huge part of the battle and motion blur can make it hard to see that, but this is more of a casual fighting game without all the extremely technical qualities of a fighting game like street fighter, so adding a small bit of motion blur wouldn't hurt in this case and, in my opinion, would just be a nice added visual effect.
What about fix performance?
Yes. It's part of the patch. You don't need to buy RtB
