will the Nier DLC be available? And Region block?

I been waiting on this game for a minute now, I am curious if they will region block it as they did with Spider Man-2, will this have the same treatment too? Will they block it a day before the release? and will it have Nier DLC? Nothing mentioned on the store description tho?

Still waiting on Nier DLC notice. It's just weird that wasn't the first DLC to be announced for PC port during Sony State of Play.

if the license expired for the nier dlc then it won't be available

or if the contract was only applicable to playstation then it won't be available either

I mean other Sony titles got those DLC for launch readily availabe tho, like spiderman 1 and other Sony tiltles too i think like GOW and uncharted (if they had any, idk)

This is a thing i noticed with other games too that had a collab with Nier, maybe that might be the case? Who knows, guess we will see..

Nier DLC is PS5's first dlc for Stellar Blade and the second DLC is to be launched simultaneously for PS5 and PC. You would think Nier DLC would be the first dlc to be announced for PC port is what everyone expected..is my point. Could even become problematic if Nier developer decides not to bring it to Stellar Blade pc port and cause scenes with modders who want to bring it

I mean the least they could do is add just the skin, didnt they add a bunch of new quests too with that DLC? or is that just me, overall, its gonna either be just a skin or the modders might do a whole ass restoration like they did for Lollipop Chainsaw

Nier DLC had just added skins for PS5. There weren't new quests. It's just Eve moving around the map trying to find Neir skins is what I've heard.

Everyone wanted Nier Automata skin so it did sell really really well for Playstation owners. But as we've all said here on the comments section, Shift Up doesn't own Nier. That's Japanese studio that owns it. Whether or not Neir DLC comes to PC port or not remains to be seen and if it doesn't, would the Nier IP owner let the modders get away with creating Nier skin is a whole separate question.

Although the new dlc which will be PS5's second dlc posing itself to be launched on the same date as PC version of Stellar Blade will have new quests.

Region block only comes in effect when the price shows up, but considering any third party game published like Lost Souls Aside is also region locked as soon as the price come up, anything is possible.

No it wasn't. The second they've added packages and a price it disappeared from my region. I had it in my wishlist before that.

my bad as i searched up the game and didnt show up and thought it might not have been released, same thing happened with Spider man 2 and same thing happened. its like they tease us smh

this has been answered, all dlc coming to pc what i want is ultrawide support and they have not added this information blatantly but i recently played ghost of tushima, different devs yes but hopefully quality standards are the same, even cut-scenes had ultra-wide support so here is hoping
by the way ps5 has no ultra-wide, such a last gen console ngl left me disappointed
