Nobody knows. I suspect being the type of company they are they will add the content of the preorder later in another DLC if they think they have enough to make another DLC anyway

No. Pre-order means you have to buy the game before it comes out to get FOMO goodies. Unless this companies different, don't expect you'll be able to. Play the demo and if you like it, buy the game, and if you want to refund, you have 2 weeks after launch and 2 hours of play.
