Stellar Blade™

Really Short Demo alittle disappointed
i completed this demo in less then 1hr. if im being realistic it took around 45min. i have a total of 69min so far but thats due to im replaying for shader compilation to do a YouTube video on the demo later on and i dont want shader compilation stutter. ut i feel i havent gotten a accurate feel on what to expect and if this is whats expected from the full game-play in terms of gameplay control scheme etc then im really disappointed since this game was given so much praised. yes the game has beautifully rendered cut-scenes and the female models are beautiful but if this is it then whats the point of spending 60usd when i can find better game. for anyone that has played this on PS5 and completed it does the game get better? in terms of the demo. the last demo i tried was AI Limit and i felt that demo gave a better representation of the game as a whole and it was longer roughly around 2hrs

i been noticing very odd cpu spikes in intervels that arent shader compilation its possible this is Denuvo doing its encryption chekcs and server talks. but it also causing frametime anomalies everytime i see the cpu spikes. so i cant agree with teh devs when they said denuvo isnt hindering performance because while i am getting 60fps it isnt smooth from my readings which for me is hindering performance cause i smooth 60fps is 60fps 16.67ms frametime anything outside of that is hindering

Get a used ps5, buy used Stellar Blade game, finish it, sell ps5 at same price, sell used game as same price.
Bang, you got yourself a full game demo for free.

But no, instead you complain about the demo, about the price. Grow up bro.

That's normal for most demos. At least it's not a RE7 or RE2 Remake case where the demo has a timer and you can't play it anymore once the time runs out.

when was i complaining about the price i was saying the demo doesn't give me a good representation of the game and if this is all the game has to offer then for me it isn't worth spending 60usd for and im better off buying a different game all together. i was confused since the game got very positive reviews but the demo doesn't show that to me

depends on genres. but here a re few i played Bravely Default II demo was around 5 to 10hrs. Dragon Quest 11 demo was around 10hrs. Triangle Strategy demo was around 3 to 5 hrs depending on how fast you play it. Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes was about 5hrs but some people beat the demo as fast as 45min. Nioh demo was about 3hrs. Quake and Doom the original games demo were actually 25 percent of the whole game. and for quake the multiplayer demo was one board but it was repayable infinitely. there's more but those are just the ones i played
fighting 2 bosses in the game took a lot of time

It makes sense since you, if I read correctly, can carry this over to the main game. And not everyone will fly through the demo… my skill level sucks sucks, and I know will take multiple tries…..but yes I know…. Git good… skill… etc.

But hey it’s only 11 days away. Not to bad
as someone who beat the game on PS5 twice, the demo barely gives you a taste of what this game is.

thats good to hear. i felt the demo was lacking but if you say there is alot more to the combat and gameplay then i think the 60usd is worth it. how long did it take you to beat the game
