tbf they did specifically say they optimised the game and made sure the inclusion of Denuvo does not have an impact.
This is the problem with denuvo it can have bad impact especially on cpu usage which can result in stuttering. I have experienced this is many games where denuvo just gets slapped on without any further optimisation being done.
It's actually shocking how well this game runs on my 5600x/3070
And the devs have included a Steamdeck preset that targets better framerate too, if you don't want to mess with settings.
It looks amazing with HDR.
Compare that to the Western devs' engine of choice, Trash Engine 5, where everything struggles just to save them development time..
