Will Demo progress transfer over?

I'm just wondering if the progress and levels made in the demo will transfer over to the full game? Ive been grinding some skillpoints for a bit and trying out the combat, I honestly don't want to invest much time into the demo, I'm quite happy with what I got, but I'm wondering if theres a in game reward for completing the demo or something that carries over to the full game.
