Cannot bind quick attack to RB without conflicts

So, in games like this, I usually like the control scheme of quick attack on RB and strong attack on RT, but I can't do it because RB is locked to photo mode. I hope the devs unlock it so we can customize it like this.

Also my issue. I'm used to attack with RB/RT in games like this. But this locked "coming soon" key-bind is preventing it.
