Bethesda region locked Oblivion Remastered in S Korea because
Apparently they didn't make money. It's not the first Bethesda game that didn't have Korean language support, which tells everyone there they didn't make the profit they had wished as compared to whatever Bethesda games they put out in the past with Korean language.

Likewise, Sony doesn't give out reasons to why they region lock games either.

It all has to do with profits and nobody wants to give that out as a reason publicly.

Oblivion isnt released in korea because it is not rated yet, bethesda already stated that they are already working on getting the game rated
