Hello developer friends, please add DENUVO!
This game deserves to be protected against piracy, and I believe it makes sense to remove non-woke content.

Thank you!

ohhh we have one of those who wants the game pirated for free. Poor

Why is it that every person defending this DRM is always playing the pirate card?
It has NOTHING to do with that! Reasons we don't want it:
1. By adding Denuvo you are requiring the user to connect to the internet to launch the game and this will be very inconvenient for those on the go on a portable device like a Steam Deck.
2. The game can be rendered unplayable if the servers were to ever go down and they have in the past
3. Degraded performance and longer load times
4. Even if you have verified the game, you still don't have permanent access. The DRM makes periodic checks and occasionally you need to verify again.
You could put a little more effort in that ragebait, it's too obvious man
You know DRM doesn't actually do anything, right?

How so? Some of them get cracked within a matter of days or months. They're not impenetrable. Once cracked, they become completely useless. At that point, just remove entirely. Only thing DRM does is screwing over PAID customers. Denuvo especially. You cannot truly play offline with that garbage, and it messes up performance.

Yes, DRM burdens people who actually buy the thing. That's different than not doing anything. I've had to pirate some games I have discs of, because the install activation no longer works. That'll happen to Denuvo someday... I'm noticing you probably meant "DRM doesn't deter pirating." In that case, pretty much yeah.

Denuvo is crap that certainly Stellar blade doesn't need at all. The sales on PS5 is enough alone now they will bring it to steam and support mods, it is the best thing ever to happen to the game.

Yeah this game doesn't need it. The only game that did use Denuvo in a good way was the devs of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. They used it for only for review copies and once the reviews were done they got rid of it.

I'm pre-purchasing because there's no Denuvo to show my support of this practice. I'll never pirate a good game that respects the customer!
