Is the complete edition worth it?

I'm gonna preorder the game, so that's already a given, but what about the complete edition? Do we already know what the twin expansion pack includes? Is it just outfits or also gameplay? I don't care about the Nikke stuff since it's 1: a mobile game and 2: a F2P game.

And guy, please behave yourself, i know it's a lot to ask for a steam forum, we can can at least try right?

Base on what i know its mainly outfits. You get one new Boss Fight in a new area with the NIKKE dlc against Scarlet. Also there are some shoting mini Games in both dlcs. Also some small Quest for collecting cans or other things for the dlc stuff.
