It should be there. Every PS game on Steam has achievements, so why wouldn't this one? Plus, it's already got trophies on PS5. Slapping the same thing on Steam ain't a big deal.

Some games mention achievements on their store page way before release. That's why I'm a bit concerned about it 🙄

I sincerly hope achievments will be there, i enjoy doing 100% and it is something to grind and get more time in the game.
