This game was hated by almost all access media outlets.

One of the guys from Digital Foundry called Eve a remnant of a bygone era. IGN made accusations about the studio over some mistranslated posts. Some Rebecca nobody. Kotaku and the Gamer had some not so nice things to say about it.

It's almost like they tried everything in their power to smear the game because it didn't fit with their ideology. I have many of these sites like IGN on my blacklist. I don't care anymore what comes from them. They have changed and not for the better. IGN was once respected but they have a bunch of activists writing their reviews.

Edit: I do find it funny that the OP has a female anime character as their avatar, like that isn't woke? But having a female character in a game is?

It's pretty woke. Eve is a smart hardworking woman, who is secure enough in her body to wear a variety of revealing outfits for the heck of it. She's so pretty, she could get a sugar daddy simp to do her missions for her, but she does them herself. Now that's independence. Also, she's totally diverse, because her attractive face and shapely figure are so different from the straight androgynous ones in other AAA games.

Let's sum up:
Diverse - different from women in other games.
Equal - does all her own work.
Inclusive - wears anything she comes across.
DEI in a nutshell.

Very woke, I’ve seen multiple threads where people complained about having to deal with a female protagonist, not being able to choose a male counterpart. So by that I feel I can safely ascertain that this game is woke as heck, too.

There seems to be no game safe for those that want the choice to not play a female protagonist. The woke agenda seems to be shoved into every one’s throat with full force!

I address the people that said the game is not woke and who claim not being sexist, why is this game not woke, as you can't select a male protagonist.
