soft to install mod

Hello to everybody,

I am a great fan of saint seiya, as all of you. I had this game on ps3 but the mod motivated me to take it on pc.
The trouble is that I found on the web some .TPF and .ssz files from spanish fanbase with different character. The fact is that I don't know whichsoft to use to install them and to insert the mod on the game.

All the download link seem to be dead.

Please help me.
