I'm looking for a Save Game with all unlocked.
I deleted mine. All my progress lost.
And tried to recover the content with other saves from Internet, but they aren't for the steam version and I'm still at 0% :(

I've read somewhere that the savegames are now associated with the steam acount.

After trying to load different save files, it looks as you say.
Indeed, from each file tried, the stats looks the same. I suppose it's the state of an fresh new save with only 5 characters unlocked and 30 or so titles.

What if the folder 348710 doesn't exist? There are only the subfolders 307690, 409710, 409720 and 433320 on my CODEX folder. What folder should it be?

it was possible before 2017 because since the game was patched, basically for example if I have a 100% full backup (with the phrases, everything) and i give it to you, the game is said "hey but wait this save i can't recognize him so i refuse access directly "

For short my save will only work on my personal account and for not the others players, because the game check the id player and like he find him, he deleted him obligatory
