It just crashes, never start the game

Hi, I bought this game yesterday, I've tried everything in the forums and not work nothing. After Start it said In Execution and crashes inmediatelly. I've got a Dell Inspiron Gamer 7566 with 16 GB of Ram Windows 10 core i7 and a Nvidia GTX 960 M with 4 GB of RAM DDR5. I will apreciate any help.

Did you try update direct x and your video card driver?I have a i5,Windows 7,gtx 650ti and 4gb ram.The game runs perfect.Maybe just update direct x and it works for you.

try install the vcredist files,open the folder of the game,open the folder _Commonredist,open the folder vcredist,open the folder 2013, double click on vcredist_64 and vcredist_86.Usually the Steam folder with the games are on C:\...if don't work try move the folder if you can do it.

It's a laptop, when my bro bought a Avell with a gtx960m and we installed SSSS, the game went so slow, even with the .ini changes (we can find topics about it here).

But only whem i set up the gpu to max performance the game runs fast as aspected for this gpu.

Try going to the NVIDIA manager, and 3d properties or something like that.
There's a list of things in Global, find the energy mode one with an options like Optimal Performance and change to Max.

Try launching it on windowed mode alt+enter, somehow the problem that I have is that in fullscreen I see a black window and can only listen to what's happening but in windowed mode it plays well

I had to update all the drivers and go back to the factory Nvidia driver and after that I updated it again to solve the issue. Additionally I updated the XNA Microsoft Framework.
