I have a great idea on how to extend/improve Walkover
You have a great idea? Maybe:
- a cool new game mode?
- a new kind of enemy?
- improvements to the overall gameplay?

Don't hold it back, tell us here and we like to review the idea and look into possibilities of implementing it.

I'm currently playing the non-Steam version until the Steam version pops. Are we getting any kind of control over the music that plays ingame? It's kind of loud so either an option to lower it or disable it would be welcome if it's not in the Steam version. Thanks!

good point, we are looking into it.

In the non-steam version, you can simply remove the music file and it will not play ingame anymore :)

Done, the music can now be controlled in the settings menu.

A good idea is that the aliens dont all round one corner, but instead make them swarm/spread out. this will help so you can't just spam shooting one corner. also your official guide on your website said that Y makes the troops walk around(or thats what i thought it said) but it kills all neaby troops instead, so i would change that so people dont get confused. also mabye a tutorial on controls. please respond when you get a chance thx.

That you for your suggestion. The swarm AI was also already in our mind and we will look how we can implement this but also keeping the Network code as fast as it is at the moment.

Regarding the self destruction mode: You encountered a but that has not been seen by any of our testplayers from around the globe (seems, they have not tried that key) :)

This is because of a locale setting, instead of the actual key we do check the key code. For us in germany it is "Y", but for others it is "Z" instead. as Self desctruct is located on "Z" it is thw wrong way around for you. We are looking into this to get this fixed.

EDIT: We have already a fix ready and will be live with the next update. :)

this sounds like a perfect idea. i would also like to help in giving ideas to improve this game. i really have high expectations for this game :)

I dont know if this is already in the game but a flamethrower would be nice, if possible :) Maybe increase its damage compared to other weapons but you'll be limited by its range.

Could be useful, we will see what can be done to implement this in a proper way.

is it possible to adds vehicles suchs as tanks jeeps or even space ships? is it also possible to make the soldiers look a little bit more space marine-ish combat looking including the design of the weapons they are holding?

vehicles have been discussed for quite a long time. This could cause a lot of problems on several maps. But I don't want to say, that this is off the desk. But it is not really on our to do list right now.

Regarding the look of the soldiers: As this is just a cosmetic, please feel free to provide the images :)

alright here might be some usefull pictures for soldier design but i im not really sure how your goin to pixelate it but best of luck if your really goin to do it and thanks for doin so ^_^ i have also found some neat soldier designs but i have no idea on how to give you these images.

Im a 2D and 3D artist and that would awesome! I could maybe come up with some images and some promo stuff but im not promising anything because I dont have that much spare time... Also I think this game already has a defined art direction.

I only play survival - and I would love a mode where all the power-ups were maxed out from the start and the enemies spawned at x10 relentlessly. Unless there are console commands or mods?
