You're website "www.walkover.org" @ 188.40.164.85 is blocked from Malwares bytes as its declaring the host IP as malware host. You might want to send them a update to get your site unblacklisted by them.
we will get into touch with Malware bytes. Never encountered this before.
Connecting locally shall not be a problem with the port. Have you any other program running, that is using Port 4009 at the same time (like another server?).

Have you tried to connect to one of the official servers and play on one of these? It would help us to understand, if there is really a bug or maybe a setting in your computer.
What also would be good to know is, if and which antivirus program you have installed.
