Bug: Sound but no movement

Started a few days ago. When I host a game locally, I can hear sound but no movement on screen. Although I can see movement if I alt+tab. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Dev here: I just fixed a bug where you weren't able to play locally at all anymore since some recent windows 10 update. It should work now again.

Please try and report back if this fixed the issue for you.
