xbox one controller problem

i was playing with an 360 controller before, and the game run very well, this december i change my old controller for a xbox one s, and this is the only game that cant play because the controller configuration. Any idea?

i use a wired xb1 controller & it works pretty well although i used the guide here:

I gave up on using an Xbox One controller for this game. But a PS4 controller using the app "DS4Windows" works flawesly for this game. I just turned OFF Ps4 Support in bigpicture
