I noticed that the "Win" tileset (which emulates the look and feel of the Windows 3.1 port) had several inaccuracies, mostly due to the new CC2 graphics either being left unchanged or breaking palette limitations (Windows 3.1 only had access to 16 colors). So, over the course of a couple days, I've created what I call the "Winproved" tileset, Overhauling the graphics. Changes include:

* Everything follows the 16-color palette of Windows 3.1 now!
* New sprites for Melinda, meant to more closely follow how Chip looks. Note the swapped shirt and pants colors!
* Keys, Key Doors, Blocks, Cloning Machines, Floors, Walls, Traps, Trap Buttons, Gravel, and Dirt all use their proper MSCC sprites. The Ice Block uses its sprite from PGChip.
* Letter tiles have been edited to more closely resemble the size 14 Arial font used in MSCC's window art.
* Counter tiles have been edited to more closely resemble the font used in MSCC's Points counter.
* New sprites for the Bonus Flags, Speed Boots, Bribe, Helmet (which is now a Shield), Hook (which is now a Suction Cup), and Time Bomb (which is now a TNT Crate), along with improved sprites for the Hiking Boots, Lightning Bolt, Time Modifiers, Railroad Sign, Secret Eye and Steel Foil.
* All-new MSCC-Style sprites for the Tent Canopy.
* Custom Walls and Custom Floors are now versions of the regular Wall & Floor in their respective colors.
* Pop-up Walls now resemble the regular Wall, but in a dithered dark-green.
* Orange Buttons use dithered yellow and red due to Windows 3.1 not having orange in its palette.
* The Yellow Tank Button now looks like a D-pad instead of being copied from CC2.
* Steel Walls now resemble the regular Wall, with extra rivets.
* The Swivel Door has been edited to match the MSCC style.
* Wire Tunnels are now all-red.
* The Turtle has all-new sprites. Well, "sprite" singular. :3
* The Floor Mimic now looks like a regular Floor tile, but dithered white.
* The Rover has been edited to match the MSCC style.
* All-new MSCC-Style sprites for the Ghost.
* The Transmogrifier now better resembles the buttons from MSCC while still retaining its distinct transmogrifying appearance.
* Slime now uses a modified version of the animated Water tile's sprites.
* The Switch is much simpler, showing a red light to indicate "Off" and a green light to indicate "On"
* The Key Thief is now dithered magenta to match the Tool Thief's dithered cyan.
* Railroad Tracks and the sprites that comprise them (Sleepers, Rails, Inactive Rails) have been edited to match the MSCC style.
* Gender Signs are now distinguishable by color. The Male-Only Sign is a dithered cyan Floor tile with Chip's face in the middle, and the Female-Only sign is a dithered magenta Floor tile with Melinda's face in the middle.
* General edits to keep things consistent for each other (mostly changing the corners on floor tiles)."
