I think this is the next game that the Cities: Skyline team should work on!
Here is the link of my 24 minute long "first-play" video which is also link to from my review:

Don't worry, all games will be automatically greenlight one day - then there will be more choice - which is a GOOD thing.
No. Steam is killing Steam.
They'd have got away with it too, if it wasn't for those meddling kids. You know, the ones who keep calling crappy games, crappy.
Those guys are the future. Don't disparage them.
steam is dying? I guess this is like when pc gaming died... in the 90s... and the 00s.. and the 10s...
If you want steam to be like google play then it's well and alive. Angry Birds was kinda fun. The less crap that is permitted to grace my steam client, the better.
Steam dying wouldn't mean PC dying, Maybe Origin is the steam of the future. Pick your corporate winner. I'll stay with steam for now because Early Access is a fun thing.
My 1000 Steam games and 2 origin games indicate Steam is the clear winner. Now PC DOES = Steam. Its getting rarer and rarer for a PC game whether Indie or AAA to not be ties to steam somehow. Steamworks is a massive reason for that.
