Ultra slow mouse after update
I recently came back to play this game after a while, the last time i played it, it was working fine, however now it is unplayable as the mouse cursor is unplayably laggy. Anyone else have this issue or news as of to what's gone wrong?

I am having the same issue. It seems like the mouse cursor jumps all over the screen

bei mir genau das selbe vor 2 wochen ging das noch alles bzw war spielbar

with me exactly the same before 2 weeks that was all or was playable

I have upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and have found it's made my mouse all buggy in the game I simply can't play.

Same issue. Subscribed to this thread if we ever get an update. Otherwise guess I am waiting for the new Theme Hospital to come out.

This problem went away for me when i had to re install windows. Put steam back on my pc and this game and it worked fine after
