Street view is really slow to load,
Everything else loads instantly, but street view can take up to a minute to load some locations, I have 100mb internet and it runs super fast for everything relse so i assume it is teething problems for the update?

What specifically is slow to load:
1) Previews in the orb on the controller
2) Photospheres when you put the orb on your head
3) Photospheres when you point at the orb and click the trigger to enter

Or some or all of these?

3,) others are instant. once I have entered the orb it takes a long time for it to be a clear picture.

I encountered this on one street view area, all the other areas were fast.

Streetview is instant for me. No delay at all. Does the OP have an SSD? I also have 16gb and that can help too.

#3 is slow for me also... which is strange because the resolution doesn't seem any better than in #2. (confused)

I wonder if the developer will ever actually respond again?

For me it is very slow when only I point at the sphere. It almost immeduately loads a very low resolution imagery but then takes ages to increase the resolution to something even recognisable.

Instead, when I put the sphere on my head it takes only a couple of seconds or so to reach full resolution.

You are right, good point. Same here.

Have any of you tried this since the 12/20/2017 update? If so, is it any faster?
