And then you'll see a sphere over your left-hand controller, if there is a Street View or 360 Panorama available.
You can "dive" in that sphere to sneak-peek, or press right controller to go into Street View the usual way, as it is on desktop.
It's not really comfortable, it takes time to sort it all out, but, thankfully, Street View is there.
Also, there is a program "Wander" that is much more convenient, it even has voice search, but it is for low-end Oculus headsets (GearVR and GO) only.
