Will I be Waiting a Lot with Slow Internet?
How similar is this to the regular Google Earth in terms of its performance? How long will it take to load areas compared to the regular GE? I don't exactly have lightning speed internet, so I'm just worried that I'm going to be spending more time waiting on things to load rather than actually enjoying it.

My internet speed is slightly below 1Mb. (Yes, I know it's terrible, but it's what I have to work with.)

If I have slowish internet, am I going to have a bad time?

You'll wait for a long time. Google should really add preloading of area to this.

Are there any plans to implement preloading?

They just released a large update with "advanced cache" settings. Is this what we're looking for?
