[Arctic Hazard]

• Cup mode and grouping have been temporarily disabled as we have been having issues, this will be reintroduced once we have had time go over our network code some more.
  
• Acceleration stat has been made more accurate and transmissions have been tweaked to make acceleration act more according our intentions.
  
• Fixed some collision issues on Circuito De La Luna.
  
• Fixed an issue where unlocking achievement could cause an error.
