crashes at launch

so do 2 other games from them I just bought.
All I get is 28 Fatal Error Popups....

SAME and no one has a solution so far..

Perhaps there is no support, maybe just thrown up to grab quick cash.
(Bejeweled 3 is a fun game, so it was somewhat ok) but I tried copy/paste the steam.dll into game directories,nothing. I'm reluctant to try to change the registry, as I read there may be an edit to fix the crash, I think in the Peggle discussion forum.

All I can think of is try running it in different comparability modes and as admin. I looked around and seen this post that was made 5 months ago on reddit, not sure how reliable it is.

I fixed all popcap games in Steam with the same error,

have to look though the reg keys under the heading for me..

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ etc.

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SteamPopCap\Bejeweled3

add,

dword 32

type exactly

ScreenMode

the setting needs to be 0 (it is by default on mine with windows 11)

try the game again.

Thanks; any idea what this line means? there's nothing like it in the registry
