Connection issues

I play Rummy and I always have an issue where I'm unable to draw a card and have wait until I get kicked out and rejoin the game to keep playing, sometime I get kicked and it's a black screen and if I click anything in the screen I'm told I'm banned for 5 minutes, I have a strong internet connection so the issue is not from my side, please fix this issue, I do enjoy playing this game.
