Warden's key not spawning

I've ran thought the dungeon around 1 hour killing at least 30+ of those wardens still no key dropping to unlocking the cage is there something that i need to do to spawn it?

The key for the cage now drops from the dungeon boss. I forgot to update the npc dialogue so it's probably a bit misleading. I'll change the text to make it a bit clearer!
