Sound effects need to be normalised

All the sound effects for the game need a normalisation pass. There are some that are ear piercing even at 20% volume and its mostly UI sounds.

I did notice the clicky sound in the UI is way louder than it should be. I'll be replacing a lot of the sounds at some point, but I'll adjust the volumes in the meantime!

I am not getting any sound effects currently, either when using items or navigating menus. The background music runs fine though and I have both options turned up in the settings. Anything I am missing? Thanks
