How to craft these items

I want to craft every possible item in Forsaken Isle, but I have no idea how to craft boots and iron ring... I can craft gold ring, but not iron one.
Another question: how to get Vessel of the Dead? Wiki didn't help :(

Iron Ring has been removed from the game. Similar with boots I believe.

Vessel of the Dead is a drop item from a monster in the crypts I think.

But boots and saphire ring (crafted from iron ring) are still in recipe book. Dev forgot to remove them?

Yes, recipe deletions aren't always cleanly fixed up. The dev did mention somewhere that he was planning on replacing the iron/sapphire ring with something else.

I removed the ring because it added too many crafting combinations (metal types x gem types), which was getting a bit too complicated. I can add the boots in though, not sure why they were removed!

There's also an arrow type thats unavailable (Cursed Arrows) ANd there's no way to make Black Dye

And I cannot place furniture on green,blue and other carpets. Only on red ones. :/
